Please choose carefully as Naked does not refund on change of mind. If the garment has a manufacturing fault we will happily refund after inspection of the garment. If you have a change of mind Naked will exchange within 7 days of purchase, via postage or in-store (customer will be responsible for return postage).
All exchanges and returns are required to be in a new and unused condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
