Refund policy

Please choose carefully as Naked does not refund on change of mind.
If the garment has a manufacturing fault we will refund. Prior to refund being issued product must be deemed faulty after manufacture inspection of the item.
If you have a change of mind, Naked will exchange within 7 days of purchase but the customer will be responsible for any further postage charges, or alternatively customer may exchange in store.
